Episode 13 of Proof features an interview with a deaf witness named Charlie Childers.

For this interview, recording audio alone wouldn’t cut it. We could record our questions, and record the answers interpreted by Mike Burton, but without a visual record, you wouldn’t truly have a record of what Charlie was trying to communicate.

So, in order to fully document it, we had our cinematographer there to film. And Susan started recording video on her phone as well, to get as many angles covered as possible.
